Wild diet: Mainly fruit, rarely flowers & buds, many large insects and other arthropods, small reptiles, birds and mammals. Eats many species of figs (comprised 73% of food delivered to nests). Also takes various lipid-rich fruits from at list 18 genera.

Feeding strategy: Feeds mainly in the canopy, will descend to the ground for fallen fruit. Usually feeds in pairs or family groups.

Wild weight ranges: Male 2600 - 3400g. Female 2155 - 3350g
